In mid-April, all members of the Proscenic,Ultenic Business Unit visited the Luxshare Precision headquarters to tour the Proscenic exclusive product line, laboratory, and warehouse center.
1. Meeting communication
Mr. Ye, who is responsible for PM, introduced the overview, development history, organizational structure, and cooperation model of Luxshare Precision Group to everyone. The group currently has five listed companies, mainly focusing on the research and development, production, and sales of products such as wire harnesses, connectors, motors, wireless charging, FPCs, antennas, acoustics, and electronic modules. These products are widely used in the 3C (computer, communication, consumer electronics), enterprise-level equipment, automotive, medical and other fields, and are committed to providing customers with one-stop procurement services.
Subsequently, the project manager and engineers led everyone to the Proscenic exclusive workshop to visit the Proscenic product line. The project manager introduced every step of the production line and the testing area, patiently answering everyone's questions along the way.
After visiting the product line, the original plan was to visit the warehouse center. To our surprise, we received a last-minute notice that we could visit the laboratory, which is not usually open to the public due to its confidential information (no pictures are shown here).
In the laboratory, we witnessed the craftsmanship of an enterprise, such as the fact that a small interface needs to undergo tens of thousands of professional machine tests before it can be used officially. The thickness of a small part inside can also be the cause of product anomalies and needs to be constantly polished and washed until it reaches the most suitable thickness to eliminate any anomalies. Human fingerprints and skincare products can also affect product quality testing or user experience, so more professional instruments, high-standard sanitary environments, and operating methods are required.
This craftsmanship spirit aligns well with Proscenic's values of "being serious and down-to-earth, being 'picky' about work, and delivering better results," which is one of the reasons for maintaining close cooperation.
Finally, we followed the project manager to the warehouse center and saw the neatly stacked goods on the tall shelves. After exchanging information and learning about their routine operations and overall layout, we felt more confident about the product warehousing guarantee. With that, this visit and exchange event was successfully concluded. We are very grateful for the staff's attentive reception and patient explanation, and all members of the Ultenic Business Unit gained a lot from this visit! We believe that through this tour, everyone has gained a more comprehensive, accurate, intuitive, and in-depth understanding of the company's products, which will better support the work of each position and provide customers with more ultimate services.
