Planning Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for reviewing the MRP (Material Requirement Planning) demand plan for each SKU, combining data such as inventory, in-transit, open orders, transit times, and safety stock to calculate distribution needs.

2. Monitor actual sales and subsequent sales plans for each SKU, arranging stock preparation and shipping plans in advance.

3. Based on product sales, strictly control shipping progress and communicate timely with the purchasing department to adjust order delivery schedules.

4. Manage inventory in platforms and overseas warehouses to accelerate inventory turnover and prevent stockout losses for the company.

5. Adjust shipping and container consolidation plans to reduce logistics costs.

6. Track the progress of goods arrivals, actual receipt, and follow up on the compensation process for stockout losses.

Requirements

1. Over 3 years of experience in the same position within the industry (overseas warehouse platform planning), with experience in managing multiple platforms and overseas warehouses in Europe preferred.

2. Detail-oriented, serious attitude with strong coordination and data analysis skills.

3. Strong adaptability, communication skills, meticulous work ethic, strong planning ability, analytical thinking, and responsible.

4. Good team cooperation skills.

5. Proficient in using Office software and strong document writing skills.
